Who do I contact to request permission to use Davenport Media Group intellectual property for non-commercial uses such as hand-made artwork, clothing, themed private parties, student projects, stage shows, etc.?

Can I use a film clip, audio clip, or image on my website?
Requests for images, such as posters of a production, for use on a website is based on the context in which the image is used. Film and audio clip use on a website may trigger a re-use payment relative to actors, stunt performers, writers, directors, and musicians depending on when a film was released, in accordance with current guild collective bargaining agreements, and specific contracts actors, stunt performers, writers, directors, and musicians have with Aria Pictures.
Can I make changes to film clips, audio clips, or images?
Alterations or modifications to film clips, audio clips, or images are strictly prohibited and strongly discouraged.
When do I need a license?
The Davenport Media Group Content Pool provides its content free of charge for news and communication purposes. This means you can use it to create articles or visuals related to the film productions such as actors, crew, and stories depicted, as well as the Davenport Media Group and its family of companies logos whether for online, print, or TV media. However, you cannot use our photos or videos to cover topics unrelated to the film productions, its actors and crew, or Davenport Media Group and its family of companies without obtaining a license first. Additionally, if you plan to use the content for promotional, commercial, or merchandising purposes, you must also request a license.

I am fan/filmmaker/actor: Can I use images or videos of a film production for private use?
Our Terms & Conditions as well as our production and photographer agreements, do not permit private use of any material downloaded from the Davenport Media Group Content Pool, even if you are an fan/filmmaker/actor in one of our film productions. All our content is protected by copyright and its use is closely monitored. If you have downloaded content for personal use, we kindly request that you delete it and refrain from using or distributing it.
Please note that Davenport Media Group Content Pool is a B2B platform designed for press and media, and all content is cleared for editorial use. Content on any of Davenport Media Group and its family of companies websites is part of a different platform and is not cleared for editorial use.
